Tank Rampage
A downloadable game
Overview
Single player third-person action tank game - Battletanx meets Vampire Survivors! Fight your way through hordes of enemy tanks and earn better item rewards as you level up and find your way out of a post-apocalyptic landscape!
Gameplay
Destroy enemy tanks as they spawn and collect their blue tokens. Doing so raises your level bar and when it maxes out, you level up!
On level up you are presented with a short list of upgrade options from defensive, health, and weapons. You may earn new weapons or upgrade existing with new capabilities! If you pass on an upgrade at one level it may show up again in the future.
Weapons appear on the first row in the top left and defensive capabilities show on the second. Your green bar is your health, and if this runs out it’s game over. You also have a blue bar for armor that works to absorb a portion of the hit points (HP) dealt to you. At first it will absorb all damage, but as it decays it will absorb less of the HP. Health and Armor are refilled if they are upgraded.
Each level the enemies spawn with increased frequency. See how long you can survive!
Controls
Mouse and Keyboard or Controller.
Lore
Advancement in Military AI tech to build autonomous tanks has gone wrong, and tanks have become self-aware and hell-bent on destroying all humans.
Civilization has fallen with most of the world destroyed and occupied by the tanks.
You are one of the last survivors of the remnants of humanity and must attempt to retake your region and start humanity on the path to rebuilding civilization.
